Wipe restoration guarantee

Your eligible RP and VP are protected.

Eligible RP purchased during the fixed open-beta promotion may be spent during beta. After the official wipe, the eligible purchased total is restored once to the same game account, regardless of how much was spent during beta.

Account-bound RP and purchased catalog items cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, dropped, or sold for mesos.

Verified-vote restoration VP earned from confirmed open-beta GTOP100 votes is restored once to the same account. Staff-issued VP is excluded.

Eligible purchases only Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks reduce or remove the matching restoration amount.

RP has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Wipe restoration returns eligible RP and VP to the same account; it is not a cash refund.
